1. Eligibility for Return

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered or used.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
